Q. Why should I join Irish Imagery?

Q. How do I join?

A. Simply click on the join button at the foot of the Print Shop page, fill in your details and we will contact you with your log in details so that the next time you visit you will automatically be given the discount appropriate to your membership type.

Q: What are "Cookies"?

Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x

You don't have the option to turn off cookies in Explorer version 3.x. Your browser should accept them automatically.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x (For Windows)

Cookies are accepted automatically in Internet Explorer 3.x and up. If you want to confirm that you can accept them:

1.In Internet Explorer, click "Internet Options" on the "View" menu.

2.Click the "Advanced" tab, and then click "Always Accept Cookies".

3.Click OK until you return to Internet Explorer.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x (For Mac)

Cookies are accepted automatically in Internet Explorer 3.x and up. If you want to confirm that you can accept them:

1.Open the "Edit" menu and select "Preferences."

2.In the preferences window, click on "Receiving Files" settings.

3.Under the receiving files settings, you'll see a section named "Cookies". Click on "Cookies"

4.On the right side of the window, you will see the phrase:

"When receiving cookies:" In the pull-down menu, select "Never Ask" or "Ask for each site". If you click "Ask for each site", the next time you receive a cookie from Irish Imagery you will be asked if you want to accept cookies for this site - Click "Accept".

A: No, there is no minimum order quantity or value required in order to purchase any image or product from this site.

Q: Do you ship anywhere in the world?

A: Yes, shipping is calculated on where you are located and we always select the most reliable method at the most reasonable rates for you.  Shipping Charges are added at the check out stage.

Q: How Secure is the Irish Imagery Site?

A: Irish Imagery currently uses WorldPay to process its online orders.  This very secure method means that your credit card details are never transmitted to Irish Imagery directly.  The payment is verified and processed by WorldPay in real time.  For more information about WorldPay see www.worldpay.com.

Q: Can you send me samples?

A: No, currently the website does not send out samples.
